  1. That is a good question, I might be wrong here, but ek verbeel my there is a "special" auction sometimes before the market opens? Might be wrong.
  2. NEP I must say if fcking with me. But I believe a year From now it will be all good.
  3. Is it too late to still buy? Around R58 now. Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk I am going to out R2k in now.
  4. Capco is where it's at. I don't think it will dip again really my uneducated feel is that Capco was a knee jerk reaction
  5. JSE NEP and Capco!! Dammit if only I put in more.
  6. By entering the date and look Wat the price was at closing. Im on the phone currently let me see of I can make a example now now on the pc with what I mean and see of that can work.
  7. Past date or live pricing on the day. Live pricing will costs you money around 67 bucks. Historic pricing on a specific time will be Google finance then fine tuning the chart. That's what I think?
  8. If I recall correctly a stokvel is normally when a community or neighborhood save together with equal amounts towards a common goal ie a new well or a new city hall door or churge renovation or something like that.
  9. I am going to tweet this link quickly. Maybe they respond since this uncertainty is why I did not add Dbx to my TFSA today and instead went CTOP50 and PTXTEN for the time being.
  10. My TFSA day 1
  11. I read here: https://justonelap.com/etf-dbxwd/ Also tweeted Nerina Visser https://twitter.com/Nerina_Visser/status/747789262544838657
  12. Totally agree, but the way I feel is that this is physical property, it won't disappear and the houses won't look worst, so money will flow back into Capco. I hope.
  13. I with my GT247 account was ready yet I am so ready to take a geared position with JSE:CCO
  14. Anyone who owns PTXTEN is going to be a happy chappy today @Hamster. Pitty only R2k is PTXTEN in my TFSA
  15. Damn a$$holes I hate all taxes! thanks for the explanation that makes a bit more sense to me now.
  16. Why am I being Taxed in my TFSA I thought VAT is also a tax ( value-added tax (vat)) ?
  17. Money is in! Now to decide what to buy. Looked at Top50 and it looks like a disaster: At the same note surely the Top 50 listed companies will continue to outgrow in the coming years? I decided against MAPPSG and SP simply because the growth is less than inflation it appears.
  18. Capco on the rise! God dammit must I dump money in now or not...
  19. @Werner true, post brexit is a good time I suppose. @Sebulba you know what thats a very good point I recall something similar, but I know at the time someone made a compelling enough argument for me to buy it anyway, dammit let me go to twitter and ask a pro quickly I will brb
  20. Still trying to figure this one out. I deposited R6k into my TFSA I'm planning to have it maxed by December, but with all these woes going on now I'm not so sure of DBx is a good buy and if I should rather just stick with MAPPSG for year one of my TFSA
  21. Taste is the share that just keeps on giving.
  22. As for post brexit I picked up TAS at a very low price although it has now fallen back to those levels and should it fall under 220 then I will pick up another batch as well. I believe this is a good winner honestly. Then Capco. Dammit I did not think it will sway under the 57 mark but currently it's on 55 and Falling so I am lost. I want to take out a leverage position on Capco once the dust settles since property stocks are always first to suffer in the face of financial uncertainty. Look at JSE ROC and JSE NEP and the whole PTXTEN for that matter.
  23. I'd stay very far away from that crap. It has nothing to do with crypto currencies the FSB I believe is heading an investigation and on Twitter I have seen finweek about to write an article on it as well. The SABC made a major fck up endorsing this ref Wayne guy afterwards it's exposed that every thing about him is a fraud. I can't stress this enough, it has less than zero to do with actual bitcoins and other crypto currencies. A pyramid scheme of note.
  24. Those that have not bought yet. Might be to late now. PPC, South Africa’s largest publicly traded cement maker, said it received R4 billion ($263 million) of bank guarantees to underwrite the sale of shares to existing investors, adding to facilities it received last week to redeem bonds. A group of lenders including Standard Bank Group, Nedbank Group, FirstRand’s Rand Merchant Bank and Barclays Plc’s Absa will lead the rights-offer process and provide the standby underwriting commitment, Johannesburg-based PPC said in a statement on Monday. Standard Bank was appointed as sole global coordinator. The agreement comes after PPC on Friday announced that it obtained R2 billion of guarantees from Absa, FirstRand and Standard Bank to back the early redemption of bonds. PPC is being forced to raise funds after S&P Global Ratings cut its credit rating to junk amid rising debt due to investment in new African projects, combined with a difficult trading environment in its home market. “The execution of the irrevocable and unconditional guarantee in favour of noteholders as well as the signing of the standby underwriting agreement are two major milestones,” chief executive officer Darryll Castle said in the statement. “These pave the way for the company to resolve its capital structure issues effectively, and focus its efforts on implementing its strategy going forward.” PPC shares gained 5.5% to R7.93 as of 9:07am in Johannesburg, following three days of losses. The stock has almost halved in 2016, the worst performer on the FTSE/JSE Africa All-Share Index.
  25. Capco (CCO) continuing it's free fall.
