Decided to test out the new air fryer. 
So I air fried some chicken breasts stuffed with piquante peppers, feta and cheddar cheese wrapped in good ol' bacon.

40 minutes later (I will have to play with the temperature settings to see if I can decrease the cooking time.)

Usually just ... everything. I try to mix, meat with bread or butter with bread or some vegetables and fruits with some good tea. I try to eath healthy to live a little longer like all of us;) I seen some pictures of what you are eating and getting right into the kitchen already.

I add proteins to my meal. I try to gain some weight so I regularly work out at the gym and keep on a healthy eating. I'm thinking of starting testosterone therapy. I checked reviews avout top brands and benefits of buying testosterone. As I found out testosterone offers many benefits and promote muscle growth and increase muscle strength. Testosterone can influence metabolism and body composition so I think it helps to stay fit and strong.
