Cheapest will be through the brokerage platform you are using or IRESS maybe.

 

If you want to use it for a project.... brace yourself - it's expensive and the JSE has a heap of conditions for sharing the data.

The JSE makes a ton of money from selling data about 10% of their revenue iirc, so you will not be able to get live JSE prices in South Africa without paying through your teeth and if you scrape the JSE data from other websites like moneyweb, google finance, yahoo finance, Bloomberg, Sharenet etc, then you will be slapped with a lawsuit like you will not believe.
