I'm just a bit afraid that with them being solely London based this whole brexit thing might affect their future prospects, as talks are doing the rounds that the UK might end up in a recession as-well. Maybe this will affect the Hotel and retail industries (not sure if they have any other residential properties)

I see gold shares falling today, think I'm going to go harmony when it reaches 47 - 48, might be able to make a few bucks if someone somewhere releases a bad news article about brexit.

I know there was some talk a while ago on shareforum.com whether it is wise to put money into DBX's due to the fact that you still get taxed on the other side (not sure which portion, either growth or dividends, since its deducted by DBX themselves) vs investing locally and not being taxed on the growth including the dividends.

From my understanding, the date doesn't matter on which you buy, but the total amount in a calendar month does. If you buy more than a certain value during the calendar month you get charged more. More you use, more you get charged. Yet, i'm not sure when exactly the month starts, i.e. 1st to 31st, or 15th to 15th. I don't believe the rates change, except perhaps an admin fee if you buy using an app vs going to the picnpay.

The only thing that bothers me about the whole sister also being involved is her injuries. She was in bad shape, there was easily a chance for her to succumb to her injuries. Perhaps he was only suppose to hurt her a little but made a mistake?
