Administrative Assistant Wanted

Our established business is expanding into a new field and seeks an organized, self-motivated lady to join our team.

 

Duties will include:

• Assistant to Recruitment Manager

• Assistant to Training Manager

• General office administration

• Reception

• Answering phones & answering general client queries including taking sales related calls

• Office Filing

• Capturing of client information into Database

 

Some previous in-house sales, customer care or HR experience will be an advantage.

 

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Situated:  Bellville

Salary:  R8 850 per month GROSS
