Usually just ... everything. I try to mix, meat with bread or butter with bread or some vegetables and fruits with some good tea. I try to eath healthy to live a little longer like all of us;) I seen some pictures of what you are eating and getting right into the kitchen already.

I add proteins to my meal. I try to gain some weight so I regularly work out at the gym and keep on a healthy eating. I'm thinking of starting testosterone therapy. I checked reviews avout top brands and benefits of buying testosterone. As I found out testosterone offers many benefits and promote muscle growth and increase muscle strength. Testosterone can influence metabolism and body composition so I think it helps to stay fit and strong.
